Samuel Bru

I got my degree in biology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2009. I completed my master’s degree at Institute of Predictive and Personalised Medicine of Cancer (IMPPC) in 2010, where I studied the methylation of different homeobox gene promoters relevant in cancer biology.

Since 2010, I have been a PhD student in the New Cyclins Group at UIC Barcelona,  and I am investigating the role of polyphosphates in eukaryotic cells.

I spend my free time with my family and the remaining time is devoted to chess or sports.
