Professional experience

Social psychologist, Master’s Degree in Leisure Management and PhD in Cultural Management; member of the research group in Social, Environmental and Organisational Psychology. He investigates the use of time and motivation in leisure (playing music practice, physical-sports activity, citizen engagement). Based on the theory of self-determination, he analyses intrinsic and autonomous motivations, satisfaction of psychological needs (competence, autonomy and relationship), well-being, flow and quality of life. University teacher since 2006 in bachelor’s degree programmes in Psychology, with focus on social psychology and research; and in business schools, with focus on leadership, talent and performance in organisations.
