I am proud to welcome you to UIC Barcelona. In this website, you will find all the information concerning the University: who we are, what we offer and how we do it.

Each university is different, and our main difference lies in the way we do things. At UIC Barcelona, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualised and pioneering teaching. We educate capable professionals with a multidisciplinary vision; people of integrity who are prepared to face the work challenges of a global marketplace, contributing to creating a fairer world with a greater sense of solidarity.

Since the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya was founded, we have always worked with our sights set on our students. Since 1997, we have been teaching people based on academic rigour, university life and enriching life experiences.

We accompany students as they earn their degree and achieve their life project. As rector, I assume the responsibility of making sure this happens. Over the past, the improvements we have made to the degrees taught at the University have one sole purpose: to help students earn their degree and guarantee a solid education in both professional knowledge and human values.

We provide the opportunity to study in one of the world's most vibrant cities, which is part of our identity. We place the students at the centre and accompany them throughout their time at the University, helping them reach their dreams. That is our commitment to them. To you.
