Women Leaders in Education (MLE): Critical thinking and AI

Mujeres Líderes en la Educación (MLE)

UIC Barcelona is set to host a meeting of “Women Leaders in Education”, an association of women leaders and benchmarks in the field of education that was founded in 2020 with a clear social vocation. The aim of this event is to showcase the commitment of women working in the world of education, with emphasis on the development of critical thinking in the classroom.

The session was designed by the association to analyse, question and construct collective solutions to the current and future challenges of education and artificial intelligence, with discussion focusing on developing and fostering critical thinking skills in students from a young age.

Carla Vidal, a Faculty of Education Sciences lecturer, is one of the speakers invited to take part in the round table “Educating to transform: critical thinking experiences in the classroom” and will explore the concept of Thinking Routines from Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Project Zero, among other matters.

To attend the session, please complete the following form.

UIC Barcelona collaborates in this event, which fosters critical thinking and open dialogue, by hosting the session on our campus.
