Professional experience
Extensive experience as an HR consultant in various organizational sectors and various groups.
- Various responsibilities assumed, which include functions as consultant, trainer, coach, counselor and job inserter.
- As a consultant I have participated in Career Plan Designs and Professional Career Development, in national/multinational companies and in different organizational analysis programs, job description and assessment, implementation of competency-based management systems.
- I have also carried out Work Environment Studies, Potential Assessments, Competency Assessments, Development Plan Studies in companies from different sectors.
- I am a PSYCHOLOGIST-COACH oriented to the field of organizations, both at the individual level, group level, and work teams.
- I teach training programs aimed at individual and group development. Specialized in interpersonal skills training, leadership improvement development and team coordination and motivation, team cohesion training, teambuilding. Training with indoor/outdoor activities.
- I have participated in conferences on COACHING as a fundamental tool for the development of performance and for the development of potential, on PERSONAL BRANDING, TIME MANAGEMENT and CREATIVITY-INNOVATION.
