  • Promoting actions that increase participation in internal cultural activities

  • Defining social cooperation activities for each faculty, involving the university community and alumni
  • Enhancing how cooperative actions are communicated and shared to create synergies between faculties and increase the participation of the university community

4.3.1

  • Unifying the database of companies that have links to UIC Barcelona
  • Carrying out a follow-up and evaluation of companies offering internships and reviewing existing agreements to ensure suitability
  • Encouraging loyalty among companies where internships are carried out
  • Reorienting university-business days

4.3.2

  • Focusing employability support actions on a specific service or department with its own brand
  • Establishing measures to centrally monitor the professional careers of Alumni
  • Linking senior Alumni to talent recruitment processes

  • Signing agreements for in-house training (corporate university programmes)
  • Company-researcher networking: encouraging company chairs, and classrooms and research institutions.

  • Encouraging students and alumni to go ahead with innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Creating an Entrepreneurship institute
  • Creating a final degree project/final master’s degree project linked to entrepreneurship, with a focus on innovation and providing something new.
