Facultat de Ciències de la Comunicació Palau Macaya

Following the launch of his book 21 dilemas éticos del true crime contemporáneo (21 Ethical Dilemmas of Contemporary True Crime), Alfonso Méndiz, rector of UIC Barcelona and professor of Audiovisual Communication, will take part in a round table at the Palau Macaya in Barcelona to explore in depth the main ethical challenges of one of the most influential audiovisual genres of recent decades.

The round table, “Ethical Dilemmas in True Crime”, will feature Alberto Sáez, director of El Periódico; Santiago Tarín, crime reporter at La Vanguardia and author of true crime stories; and Marta Sánchez-Esparza and Alfonso Méndiz, co-authors of the book. The round table will take place on 22 June at 19.00 at the Palau Macaya (Passeig de Sant Joan 108, Barcelona).

Free admission; seating is limited.
