Holder of an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Navarra and a PhD from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, she conducts research for the University’s Institute for Advanced Family Studies. Her publications explore service companies, family companies and care within the family. She is a member of the SARX Research Group on the Anthropology of Corporeality (GRC).
She teaches Anthropology and Ethics in the Business Administration and Management and Dentistry degree programmes.

Holder of a PhD in Philosophy and Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Ramon Llull University, a Master’s Degree in Philosophy Teacher Training from the Catholic University of Ávila and a Master’s Degree in Comprehensive Palliative Care and undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
He teaches Anthropology in the Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering.

Holder of a PhD from the University of Barcelona, she is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Humanities (UIC Barcelona), where she conducts research in the fields of ethics (Aristotelian ethics, applied ethics) and aesthetics (Schelling and Romanticism). She has published extensively on both subjects both nationally and internationally. She has completed research stays in places such as Oxford, Munich and Padua and is currently exploring the ethics of Artificial Intelligence use and the concept of beauty in Schelling.
She teaches Ethics in the Business Administration and Management and Humanities and Cultural Studies degree programmes.

Holder of an undergraduate degree and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra, he has taught at UIC Barcelona since the very beginning. His research interests lie in bioethics, neuroethics, philosophy of language, philosophical anthropology and philosophy of science. He also explores the intersection of science, ethics and religion.

Holder of an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences and a PhD from the University of Barcelona, he has taught at UIC Barcelona since the very beginning. A member of the SARX Research Group on the Anthropology of Corporeality (GRC), his research interests are currently focused on the phenomenology of the body.

Holder of a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Department of Journalism and Communication Sciences) and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Barcelona, his interests currently lie in media management and user involvement, the impact of technology on journalism, politics and culture and the history of communication research.

Holder of a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Bioethics from the Catholic University of Murcia and an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Navarra, he researches topics related to health, social vulnerability and applied ethics in risk contexts. He is involved in projects such as the VIOLET Project and SEPES-2024, both of which address homelessness, as well as studies on ethical conflicts and health education.
He teaches Ethics in the Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering.

Holder of a PhD and undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, his research explores the intersection of architecture, culture and philosophical thought. He is involved in the Genetic Architectures project and in creating a virtual repository on Josep Torras i Bages, in addition to the EIDOS initiative on Platonism and modernity. He works with organisations such as AGAUR, the Vives Network and the Ramon Muntaner Institute.
He teaches Anthropology in the degree programmes in Law and Journalism.

Holder of a PhD in Humanities (international distinction) and an undergraduate degree in Humanities from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Navarra, her research involves exploring topics such as creativity, human habits and social vulnerability from an interdisciplinary perspective. She is a member of the VIOLET Project, which takes a gender-responsive look at the situation of homeless people, and the HEXIS Project, on flexibility and cognitive enrichment.
She teaches Anthropology in the Physiotherapy, Nursing and Dentistry degree programmes.

Holder of a PhD from the University of Barcelona and an undergraduate degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University. She is currently executive director of the Journal of Catalan Intellectual History (JOCIH), published by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and serves on the editorial board for the Institute for Catalan Studies’ Catalan Philosophy Society Yearbook. A member of the Institute of Law and Technology (IDT-UAB), her research interests include democratic theory, modern political philosophy and the crisis of contemporary democracies.

Holder of an undergraduate degree and PhD in Humanities (for which she earned the Extraordinary Doctoral Award), an Official Master’s Degree in Teacher Training and a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Health Research, she currently conducts research for the WeCare: End of Life Care Chair. Her studies have explored topics such as dignity, autonomy and the wish to hasten death from an empirical and philosophical perspective, combining different methodologies: systematic reviews, empirical studies and philosophical analyses. She is now director of the Institute for Culture and Thought.
She teaches Anthropology in the Biomedical Sciences, Pre-Primary Education, Primary Education and Psychology degree programmes.
