Experts on families talk about the various aspects discussed over the last few days at the First International Workshop on Family Support

Over 50 speakers, more than 500 attendees from all over the world and over 300 online participants form part of the 1st International Workshop on Family Support, held on 13, 14 and 15 May. The aim of the congress, organised by the Institute for Advanced Family Studies at UIC Barcelona, is to become a meeting point and forum for reflection on family support for people who dedicate or want to dedicate themselves to this highly important task.

Milanese neuropsychiatrist and author Mariolina Ceriotti ensured that it is possible "to have a family bond and to also feel free", after attributing the fall in marriage and birth rates to the fact that people "prefer lighter, more temporary connections":
