Radio and podcasting share an essential characteristic: their sound-based nature, a condition that determines the use of a distinct language, as well as specific resources and techniques. This course introduces students to the creation of audio content both for radio—considering its idiosyncrasy, language, and narrative—and for podcasting, radio's close relative that operates under its own rules within the contemporary audio ecosystem.
