Presentation
Organised in conjunction with EY, this Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Mergers & Acquisition provides a solid education in M&A processes, specifically in terms of the provision of professional services (both legal and financial), that are currently experiencing a consistent increase in growth.
This programme is taught in partnership with EY, which means that it is markedly professional in nature, not merely academic. This means it has an innovative curriculum that incorporates soft skills in a cross-disciplinary way: communication techniques, conflict management, negotiation skills, role play, etc. All of these are approached from a practical point of view.
The programme will help provide a qualitative boost to your professional career, and since it is part-time, is particularly designed so that people can combine it with our University Master’s Degree in the Legal Profession and/or with their professional responsibilities.
The professors and lecturers include prestigious lawyers and professionals, who all come together under the best conditions to transmit their professional experience in sessions in which active participation and a debate on practical cases will be encouraged.
