Student Services at UIC Barcelona is currently organising the welcome sessions for new students for the 2021-2022 academic year.

This year the welcome events will be held in various face-to-face sessions in the Main Hall on our Barcelona Campus, social distancing will be maintained and the protocols established by the health authorities will also be applied.

The welcome sessions for each degree programme are listed below:

From 1o a.m. to 12 p.m. session for:

• Physiotherapy

• Audiovisual Communication
• Advertising and Public Relations
   

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. session for:

• Dentistry
• Bioengineering
• Architecture
   

And to make sure everything goes smoothly, we provide a series of highly useful tools: the username and password for your personal portal on the UIC Barcelona Intranet, a university e-mail address, student card, personal adviser and all the information you need to move about the university.
