Fifth Conference on Legal, Forensic and Criminological Psychopathology “Forensic Assessment in Family Procedures: A Multidisciplinary View”

The Faculty of Law, with the UIC Barcelona Official University Master's in Legal, Forensic and Criminological Psychopathology, is organising the fifth edition of the Conference on Forensic Psychopathology.

This year’s conference, titled “Forensic Evaluation in family procedures: A Multidisciplinary Perspective,” aims to address a topic of special significance in the field of forensic psychopathology: expert evidence in the family setting.

  • 9.30 a.m. Conference introduction. Dr Esperanza Gómez-Durán, director of the University Master's Degree in Legal, Forensic and Criminological Psychopathology.
     

9.45 to 11.30 a.m. - Round table 1: Psychological assessment in family procedures. Moderated by: Dr Aina M. Gassó Moser.

  • Assessment of filters (gatekeeping) and parental interference.
