This award is presented annually to students with the best academic record among faculties of Economic and Business Sciences in Catalonia, recognising their effort, perseverance and dedication throughout their university studies.

The ceremony took place on 6 November in Barcelona as part of the Economists' Conference, the 30th edition of which was held this year under the motto “New Environment, New Competitiveness”. The event brought together over 500 professionals from the economic sector, as well as institutional and corporate representatives, including the minister of Economy and Finance for the Government of Catalonia, Alícia Romero; the president of the Barcelona Provincial Council, Lluïsa Moret; and the deputy mayor of Barcelona, Jordi Valls, among others.

In addition to the institutional recognition, this award includes free membership for a period of three years, a benefit which will allow Claudia to continue developing her career in the field of economics and finance.
