With this appointment, Dr José Nart joins the highest executive body of COEC, which will be chaired for the next four years by Dr María José Guerrero, who succeeds Dr Germán Pareja as president. The new Board of Governors begins its term after an electoral process in which more than 2,350 members took part.

Alongside Dr Nart, the new COEC Board of Governors also includes Dr Neus Carrió and Dr Javier Vilarrasa, both lecturers at the Faculty of Dentistry, who will serve as board members.

The inclusion of three lecturers from the Faculty of Dentistry in the new COEC Board of Governors highlights UIC Barcelona’s commitment to academic excellence, lifelong learning and professional leadership, as well as its close ties with the institutions that regulate and promote the practice of dentistry.
