UIC Barcelona and the Pablo Horstmann Foundation organise a charitable paddle tennis tournament
On Saturday 22 October, UIC Barcelona and the Pablo Horstmann Foundation teamed up to organise a charitable paddle tennis tournament. A total of twenty doubles teams took part in tournament, which was held at the Mirasol Paddle Tennis Club.
All proceeds from the event will go to maintaining the Pablo Horstmann Paediatric Hospital in Lamu (Kenya), which is run, managed and financed by the Foundation. The hospital has provided high quality healthcare free of charge to over 115,000 children and effectively contributed to reducing child mortality in the region.
