Para las clases se utilizará el formato de lección magistral, sin perjuicio de poder destinar tiempo a la realización de las actividades que establezca el profesor (como resolución de casos, etc.)
En las clases, se proporcionarán los elementos teóricos fundamentales del programa, imprescindibles para avanzar en la materia y para acometer con solvencia la aplicación de aquellos elementos en la práctica.
La docencia de esta asignatura incorpora de forma transversal los principios establecidos en el Real decreto 822/2021, con especial atención a los derechos fundamentales, la igualdad y la sostenibilidad. En línea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, se fomenta una reflexión crítica sobre el papel del Derecho público en la organización institucional, la cohesión social y la protección del interés general. Esta asignatura se vincula de forma específica con los ODS 10, 13, 16 y 17, integrando dichos principios en los contenidos, en la metodología docente y en los criterios de evaluación.
