Professional experience

Head of exhibitions and curator of the MACBA Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona, where she has worked since 2007 as a curator. She has curated exhibitions such as Daniel Steegmann Mangrané. A Leaf Shapes the Eye(2023); Bouchra Khalili. Between Circles and Constellations (2023); Undefined Territories: Perspectives on Colonial Legacies (2019); or Akram Zaatari. Against Photography: An Annotated History of the Arab Image Foundation (2017). She co-edited the book Climate: Our right to Breathe (K.Verlag, 2022). She is on the board of Cordova, an independent curatorial project in Barcelona. She was a member of the Editorial board of the L’Internationale Online from 2021 to 2023 and of the board of Hangar, an artist residency and centre for research and production from 2020 to 2024. Before moving to Barcelona, she worked as an associate editor at Aperture, New York. She holds a degree in anthropology from Barnard College, Columbia University, New York.
