Professional experience

Over 25 years of experience in the NGO sector (notably with Oxfam Intermón and Oxfam International), in local public administration (Barcelona Provincial Council, serving as Head of the Europe Office, Head of the Development Cooperation Office, and Advisor on International Strategic Projects), as well as in international programs and networks (Executive Director of the Orientation and Coordination Office of the URB-AL III Program and Secretary General of Metropolis).

Extensive experience in the international action of local governments, decentralized cooperation, territorial governance, and urban development strategies.
