The UIC Barcelona Experience Campus has opened a new centre in Bolvir, aimed at the local population in La Cerdanya
With the new centre in Bolvir, UIC Barcelona’s academic offer now covers the whole of La Cerdanya, a region with a rich history and natural landscape. The Experience Campus at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya is aimed at the over 50s and currently has 410 students at centres in Barcelona, the Penedès, Andorra and Calonge

UIC Barcelona, the first Catalan university to offer Erasmus+ for people over 50
A total of 36 students from the Experience Campus have participated in the Erasmus+ International Mobility Programme in Udine (Italy), Wroclaw (Poland) and Dublin (Ireland). In 2022, the European Union decided to open up Erasmus+ mobilities to students of university programmes for older people, although with shorter stays than the rest of students

Experience Campus opens a new centre in Calonge
The City Council of Calonge and Sant Antoni sponsors a new territorial centre for the UIC Barcelona Experience Campus, an academic programme of the University aimed at people over age 50. The project was presented on 15 September, at the Calonge Castle, with 160 people attending. Classes will begin at this centre in October, and 66 people have already registered
