The session will be led by Óscar Porcel, who has a degree in Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2004) and a master’s degree in Teaching from the UPC (2005). He has been involved in the world of recruitment consultancy and headhunting for almost 20 years, with a strong focus on the life sciences & healthcare ecosystem. He has held business management and commercial management positions in a multinational environment. Since 2014 he is managing partner and co-founder of Solutia, a leading consultancy that offers solutions in various areas related to the world of healthcare, such as recruitment services for profiles in this field and healthy work environment consultancy for all types of organisations.

He is also co-creator and co-host of the podcast "BioEmprendedores", the first Spanish-speaking podcast on health entrepreneurship, and is a collaborating lecturer on the Biomedicine and Psychology bachelor’s degrees at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
