On 6 October, an External Evaluation Committee appointed by AQU Catalunya will visit UIC to conduct an on-site evaluation of the degree programme. More specifically, the accreditation visit has the following objectives:

• To ensure the quality of the programme in accordance with the established qualification levels and the criteria set out in the current regulations.
• To provide valid and reliable information that supports decision-making by users of the university system.
• To support internal quality improvement processes for the programmes and services provided by the Catalan Universities.

On the one hand, the self-assessment report prepared and submitted as part of the accreditation process will be available to the entire university community on UIC's Educational Standards webpage. Anyone interested may read the report and, if they wish, submit comments. Comments should be sent to the following email address: siqe@uic.es.

On the other, among the various sessions scheduled as part of the evaluation, a public hearing will be held for anyone interested in sharing their views about the University Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Secondary and Upper-Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Foreign Language Teaching.

The public hearing will take place on 6 October at 12.30 in classroom P0A03 on the Sant Cugat Campus.
